Questions buyers ask
Do I get the toolkit files?
You get documents drafted for your organisation from the toolkit templates, and you can export each draft to Word. The original template files are not sold as a bulk download.
Is my data used to train anything?
No. Your organisation profile and drafts stay in your workspace. Only what an answer needs is sent to the AI model you connect, and nothing is used for training.
Does it quote the standard?
No. The standards are copyright of ISO and the national standards bodies, so we never reproduce their text. Answers come from the toolkit guidance and templates, which explain what each requirement means and how to meet it.
Which AI do I need?
A paid Claude, ChatGPT or Microsoft 365 Copilot plan, Cursor, or any client that supports MCP. Without one, the built-in assistant works in the browser.
Monthly or yearly?
Monthly plans are paid by card and can be cancelled at any time. Yearly plans cost ten months, so two months are free.
What happens after certification?
Switch to Maintenance for £19 a month. You keep your workspace, lookups and the gap assessment for internal audits and management reviews.
