Privacy

This is a draft. The full privacy policy will be published, with the trading entity's details, before CertiKit.io opens to the public.

What we hold

• Your account: name and email address, from the sign-in service (Clerk).
• Your workspace: its name, members, standard, organisation profile, gap assessment answers and the documents drafted for it.
• A log of tool calls your assistant makes (which tool, when, and how long it took) for usage limits and support.
• Conversations with the built-in assistant, if you use it.
• If you join the waitlist: your email address and the standards you are interested in.
• Billing records, held by our payment processor.

What we never do

• Use your data to train AI models.
• Sell your data.
